Bij de lamp met LED-chip kunt u de lichtbron binnen niet veranderen, en meestal bieden wij u warm licht, koel licht en dimbare versie. Staat er geen dimbare versie op de productpagina, neem dan contact met ons op. Wij kunnen alle lampen dimbaar maken. Als u deze behoefte heeft, aarzel dan niet om ons te informeren.
2. Kan ik een langere kabel krijgen?
Wij bieden voor de meeste lampen een kabel van 150 cm aan. Als je een langere kabel wilt (binnen 800 cm), geef dit dan aan bij het plaatsen van de bestelling. Wij verlengen de kabel gratis.
3. Komt het vereiste voltage voor het product dat ik heb gekocht overeen met het land waar ik woon?
De spanning van onze producten wordt aangepast aan uw land, zoals hieronder weergegeven.
